By that I mean the Children are getting along with each other. :) You are allowed to be a nice mom, and not yelled at for it. Your children say thank you when you help them. Everyone likes dinner. And the whole box of band aids was not used in one day. All while pleading with your children to "just be nice" that's all you ask. No matter how much you do, this is all the thanks and peace you can hope for.
